Ben Fosland is a native of Scobey, Montana and operates offices both in Scobey and in Plentywood, Montana. He attended the University of Montana for his undergraduate degree and attended law school at Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington.  After graduating from law school in 2011, he spent a year working as a law clerk for Hon. David Gratton on the Idaho Court of Appeals in Boise, Idaho.  After completing his clerkship, he returned to his hometown to work with his grandfather, long-practicing Scobey attorney, Jordan A. Fosland.   Together they formed a new firm, Fosland Law Firm, PLLC, in 2012.  Jordan passed away in 2014, having practiced law for over 60 years. The firm strives to honor Jordan’s legacy and tradition of service.

Ben works out of both offices, spending a couple days in each office each week. He is assisted by a paralegal and a legal assistant which enables the firm to serve a growing client base while also working efficiently.
